Insurance Surcharges

My car bumper was cracked. I filed a claim. I was labeled an at risk driver and a surcharge was attached to my car insurance. I never had an accident and I dont know how I got the crack. I was told my claim wouldnt change my insurance. I told the adgent I did not know how the bumper got cracked and nothing significant happened when driving to make me think I had.
