Ford motor company and drugs

If you are a factory worker for the Ford company you have to pass a drug test but if your parents own a Ford dealership then you can do all the drugs you want. Just ask Greg Beule whose Father owns Westgate Ford Dealership in Younstown Ohio. Ford doesn't care Greg Beule has been reported. Who wants to have the cabs and trucks worked on when the bosses son is always high- as in always taking some form of drugs and everyone working ther knows. The parents and Ford are turing a blind eye. I say lets get rid of these undesirables and hired decent hard working employees.

I hear ya OP. But the thing is a factory employee of Ford and a dealer of Ford cars have totally different relationships with the company. A dealer is not a direct employee of the company. They don't have the same requirements of employment. Doesn't make it right but that's what it is. It's a 'Don't ask don't tell,' type of situation with a dealer. Ford or Chevy or Mercedes could care less if a dealer is running a Meth lab as long as they move cars. That's just the way it is.
