Insurance Company dishonesty

have paid Insurance company for many years - yet when hurricane damaged vehicle they referred and recommend me to a repair company with which they have a secret 'direct Agent ' relationship.The resulting work is shoddy and incomplete : the vehicle was not returned to the condition it was in prior to the damage .. They claim The Repair agency ( i.e. 'Direct Agent') discovered 'prior existing contributory reasons' -which causes them to deny complete repairs. When asked to produce proof of the purported 'prior existing condition' they ignore the requests. .I Have filed a complaint with the State of Florida and have not recievd a response !! Suggestions appreciated.
