I'll be brief. I was injured on the job. After keeping me out of court for 11 years, and supplying me with pain medication, the insurance co. got a judge to say that they were not responsible in any way. I was awarded zero. Now a year later my homeowners insurance has gone up just about 500% in the past 2 years. with me having never put in a claim. This is some deal the insurance co.'s got. they can raise your rate as much as they want and don't have to pay when you put in a legitimate claim.
