when only one family member acts as executor, why is there no way to track what action that person is actually taking ? why is there no law to make the executor accountable ? why is there no legal time limit to get the terms of the will finalised ? how do you know when the estate is 'wound up2? when the estate is 'wound up' how can you make the executor pay out ?
