Inflammatory and unrepresentative Channel Fours Pr

Dear Sirs, I am very disappointed by the observed trend by Channel Four's trend to portray the Muslim community negatively. This is exemplified further by the advertising Dispatches Program for next Monday about a diary of Muslim living in the UK. Just by advertisimg the potential showing of the program in the style used is portraying a genralised and incorrect perspective of law abiding muslims in the UK and the world at large. I understand the UK supports free speech but it also has to maintain principles of moral ethics and decency not to compromise the good efforts invested on both sides to maintain cohesive harmony and understanding. It is TV programs like these that polarise non-muslim views which in turn have a probability of inciting ignorance and hate crime...ultimately encouraging a backlash and breakdown in community relations. I would be most grateful if you can write to viewerenquiries@channel4.co.uk to express your concern and to Ofcom email for standards and content is tim.suter@ofcom.org.uk Such TV programs are extremely inflamatory and do nothing to build bridges but instead destroy the goodwill on both sides of the divide. You are welcome to discuss the matter with me at your convenience...my email is raz_chaudary@hotmail.com. I look forwad to hear from you. Best Regards Raz
