Obviously some LAwful Offices don't care at all what happens to the private citizens or debt companies like Pressler and Pressler would not exist, and operate in America. The nerve of these people sending letters to make it look like it's comming from the Courts where those debtors live. Those letters are not Legal,since they don't have a handwritten signature by the Judge or the Collection Agency's Attorneys as they claim themselves to be. Because Pressler and Pressler got caught in forgery signing their own name to someone else's document or lawsut claim. They senf letters of Judgment not signed by them so it's not worth anything in Court and it does not have a full Address of the Court just a City. (That's not a legal document, I don't care what anyone else says in any Sherrif's Office. Pressler and Pressler send violent threat letters that I will be held in contempt of Court if I don't give them my Social Security Number. So they can execute a Wage Garnishment for a debt that does not have to be paid back that's what a discharge Bankruptcy means!! The debt is deleted and it does not have to be paid. Pressler and Pressler even go way pass the Objection Date to object against the debt being discharged. But Pressler and Pressler was not in Court when the discharge took place. November 10, 2005 Not only they have broken the Law they can be sued!! I guess the Sheriff's Office does not know that either!! And they list the BAnkruptcy discharge as a debt on people's Credit Files this is all illegal. The only way to beat Pressler and Pressler and any other debt collector is get an Attorney and Sue Pressler and Pressler and any other debt collector in Court. It's illegal to write threatening letters like you will be Arrested if you don't pay or answer this SUBPOENA. A FAKE SUBPOENA and Summons right? People know your rights under the Law. All debt collectors numerously break the law that includes Pressler and Pressler. ANd clear up your Credit files, if you did not give your Social Security# than Pressler and Pressler stole your Identity. All Debt collectors work the same way. They all use the same scare tactics right down to the letter, word, for word.!! Stand up to them!! Sue them before they Sue You!! A Discharged debt is never collectible. Ask any Attorney.
