I'm fed up of being treated unfairly by my in-laws .

I was a divorcee with a small child when I met and married my husband. Since then my mother in law has treated me badly always giving more to my brother in law's wife and being partial to her children and ignoring my kids. I don't know how someone who professes to be religious can behave in such a manner.She is extremely harsh in her words and has said many hurtful things to me and my daughters. Over the years, I have become extremely sensitive and keep harboring all the mean things she has ever said or done to me. Now her daughter my sis in law has started behaving the same way with my daughters, and I'm not in a mood to tolerate this unfairness. I complained to my brother in law's wife but since she is the recipient of all the favors she has been extremely unsympathetic to my predicament. Now her mean comments are further irritating me. I am extremely frustrated but I do know I do not want to get mentally affected and dwell on these mean people and feel hurt any more. I do not want them to have the power to hurt me anymore.I do hope that by confessing my hurt and frustration online I will be able to get over these feelings and mentally shrug this whole thing off.

if i was u and this continually happens i would stand up to her but be nice about it and say u do not appericate all the things she has said aboutu and ur daughters but first ask ur husband why he does not stand up for his own wife if he really loves u!!
