It is difficult to prosecute a 12 year old boy for raping a 12 year old girl if there are no witnesses. Unfortunately that is the reality. Had you reported it imediately there might have been a chance to get dna evidence that could convict the boy. While there is no statute of limitations for rape in nearly any state the longer you wait to report it the harder it is to convict. It is still worth while to report this though since many if not most rapists are serial rapists which means he will likely do it again or did it before meeting you. In other words you probably are not the only one. As I said it is hard to get a conviction with just one person complaining but if a bunch of girls all reported him then it is much more likely that you can get him convicted. That said he may still only get sentenced to a youth facility and probably only till he is 18 and his youth record will probably be sealed so he may not end up on the sex offenders list. Still though you should try. doing something is better than nothing and the longer you wait the less likely something will be done about it.

If you tell the police no body would no about it because the police are anonmous it happened to me before huh now i am 14 turning 15. My ex friend did that to me and it will all turn out in the end huh trust that police will understand guys are retarted and are jerks about sexual stuff.!!!

First off, being sexually assaulted is NEVER your fault, no one asks to be raped. It is a very serious issue and should be taken seriously. If you ever feel that your safety is at risk around this person you should definitely inform the police or an adult that you trust. If he is pressuring you into having sex, you should stand you ground and stick to what you believe is right. Do not have sex with him just because he is black mailing you, it is your body and only you have the right to choose when the appropriate time to have sex is. If I were in your position I would tell him no, and if he does not listen I would give him one warning before I told a trusted adult. If after all of that he still decides to do something stupid I would immediately call the police and not live in fear of this boy any longer.
