So when I got cancer, which happened due to nature's law, should I have forgone treatment and just let it kill me? Just wondering.

you'll be fine. it's a long and intensive process. you'll probably question what the hell you are thinking more than once. but in the end, if it's really what you want, you'll be happy, and you'll be fine.
