Im 17 and i was "dating" this 31 year old over the internet. so i got mad with her one day and called her bitch.. so basically she was done with me but i kept fucking with her and we just went bac and forth. ok so the next day iapologized to her she told me ok and said shell "ttyl". so then i texted her the next day and she insulted me so i just started dissing her back and once again we went back and forth some i was telling her cruel jokes and she threatened to shoot me and fight me when she comes to nc. so we just went back and forth dissing each other "i forgot everything we said" but ik i ended up sayin if she came i would f*ck her and kick her out. but it was a joke. ok so she told me to leave her alone again and i kept messaging her telling her ill stop talking to her when i feel like it and so on and so on but i eventually stopped. so basically i said some cruel things she said some cruel things but know she took snapshots of what i said and plans on charging me for cyberharrassment or w.e you call it :/ now keep in mind that shes 31 and im 17. i told her i apologized but she wont accept it and this happened back around january febuary and i had moved on from that but now she wants to take me to court for it. guys what should i do!?!? will they put that on my record!?!? im so stressed
