ok so this is a long story guys so just listen up. ight so im 17 and was planning on dating this 31 year old woman. now she lives in detroit and i live in nc but she had planned on coming to see me and her family in august. she found out where i live on fb but keep in mind this was when we were friends. ok so i made a dumb desicion one night texting her and ended up calling her a bitch because i wanted to talk to her and she was "busy". ok so at that point she basically said she was done with me and that just made me emotional and i started talking alot of shit to her. but i told her it was jokes and so she started joking back but she got serious "you know how women is with jokes-_- yea serious af"so i got mad and started talking more ahit to her and we just went back and forth insulting each other. yea so i stopped talking to her for awhile maybe like a few weeks or month apologizing to her and she basically said she was done with me forever amd said she'll "ttyl". ok so the next day i texted her and she, for some reason, insulted me again so once again we insulted each pther back and forth. bith of our jokes we're very cruel and she ended up threatening to come hoot me and fight me and i told her if she comes down here ill fuck her and kick her out. so some of the stuff i said was obvisouly jokes but she took eveythimg i said serious.so now she ended up saying leave her alone basically and i just kept running my mouth to her and told her ill stop talking to her when i feel like it but i eventually stopped. now 3-4 months later she threatens not only to come beat me up but now she took smapshots of what i texted her amd plans on charging me with cynerharrassment or w.e it is. now keep mind she's 31 and im only 17, this happened in january febuary and i had moved on from that but this is the situation now. she wants to take me to court and by the time she gets down here i will be 18 :/. guys i need your help! will this be put on my record!?!?! can she do this!?!?

She is more in the wrong than you if she knew fully full well you were 17 and she pursued it. Old slobbering pervert guys are not the only ones looking for young. aye bro below thanks for your advice im the one that wrote this. i think she's bluffing too because i looked up nc cyberharrassment laws and it was delt around school kids, not grown adult minor. so idk if she's serious but i will never forgive her for this if she plans on charging me

exactly I agree with that. she was talking to you while you were underage and on top of that, maybe they can check the phone records and see that she threatened to kill you etc. she will get in more trouble than you will. and honestly the cops probably aren't going to take this shit seriously. if anything they will give you a warning and just say have no contact with her, I've been through this before with my sons fathers ex girl. smartest thing to do is just ignore her block her number block her online everywhere change your number if you have to cuz I bet you money that shes bluffing and if you stop all contact she won't do shit.
