I ran over a bird on my bike I can't get the image of it lying helpless on the ground I tried helping him but it was an effort in vain the bird died because of me, he jumped in front of the bike but I was still the one riding the bike, I wish I had fallen off the bike and broke my leg and the bird still chirping her song than me sitting in a room trying to get the images out of my head, could you please bless the soul of the bird and forgive me it would help me get past this dark time of my life

if it was just a wild bird, it should be fine. i was worried it was someone's pet when i saw the title. running over a bird by accident is no more killing than eating chicken or turkey legs.
