I hate my step children

I do, I hate them. I am dreading that they are coming to visit for a whole month. I am trying to find ways to not be here. I watch programs on tv about people who are sick and I wish I could be sick enough to be too ill to be out of bed when they visit. I am ashamed, I sometimes wish they would just cease to exist. I can't bear to be in the same room as them. I need help, I must be sick.
