I hate Best Buy

The Burlington, WA Best Buy Manager was rude, not at all helpful and on the attack as soon as he realized I had a legitimate complaint. The Geek Squad in the store had no idea what to do or how to help me with the problem on my computer purchase made two hours before. I found dealing with Best Buy the worst purchasing experience in my life. I'll never buy anything there again. They sell things that are used or seconds and lousey merchandise and they do not stand behind their merchandise or their work. All they want to do is get their hands on your money. Stay away ftom that place and buy from Costco where they are helpful and take care of their customers.
