The Burlington, WA Best Buy Manager was rude, not at all helpful and on the attack as soon as he realized I had a legitimate complaint. The Geek Squad in the store had no idea what how to help me with my purchase made two hours before. I found dealing with Best Buy the worst purchasing experience in my life. I'll never buy anything there again. They sell crap and do not stand behi8nd their merchandise or their work. All they want to do is get their hands on your money. Stay away ftom that place
