Sexual experimentation between siblings is a fairly common thing whether peoplle want to admit it or not. My brother and I experimented a lot with each other when we were young. I wish we had done more than we did. But consenting sex between adult siblings is probably much more rare. I don't know why I have started fantasizing about having sex with my brother.
