I want to get over it but i feel like my mormon bishop will judge me for it.. Sometimes dirty thoughts accompany it... I always feel [br]like mormon doctrine emphasizes the bad in people rather than the good...

So i started an abstinence calendar and every day that i successfully refrain from it i put a checkmark. Seems like maybe its a good plan, yes?

It's pretty well established all guys from about age 13 on are addicted to that. Not a bit out of the ordinary. More and more modern day women are also discovering the pleasures of that also. Don't let these people make you feel guilty. Chances are extremely high they are also doing it.
