I have supressed this my whole life and at 23 years old I feel like I'm going to explode everyday, but I also feel like it's too late to make the transition. I just wish I had, had the guts to tell someone how I felt when I was a teenager!

Just be who you want to be. It's really that simple. Why waste energy stressing when you can have a girl/guy you love to fuck, talk to, or simply love...Unless you really can't shake the urge to have the physical body of a man. Other than that its all mental. Live how you want to live.
