how do I tell my gf I have cancer?

A year ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer which is inoperable. Fortunately the tablets I'm on have not affected my sexual performance but my finance could not cope and she ended our relationship eight months ago. I do want to have a girlfriend and lead a normal life but I'm worried about telling any potential girlfriend that I have limited time to live.
