HOUSEHOLD WASTE DISPOSAL

I am writing to complain about our household waste disposal service here in Dunfermline. Our grey bin has waste food deposited in it. Iensure that it is in plastic bags. We only have 1 uplift every 2 weeks. During hot spells especially there is an unbarable smell from the bin & I am quite sure there must be some law regarding this & I think that this complaint should be passed on to the local enviromental services who should take some action regarding this matter.
