
Horrible Hotel

My husband and I with my child made reservations to a hotel. We drove from California and when we arrived at 4 am we were told that the room we reserved had plumbing problem. The Hotel had our cell phone numbers but did not call us to let us know. In addition I knew there were two other rooms available from what we were told upon making reservations. I inquired about them and was told they're computers were down. How can that be when the woman first helping us was trying to put us in another room USING THE COMPUTER??? I asked if they could put us in the room doing it manually and was yelled at by the man at the front desk that no matter how I wanted to word it WE WERE NOT GETTING A ROOM!! He then said find another Hotel, sorry we have to put you all out on the street. I was mortified! I had a small child with me and they did not care to help us in any way. We had to drive around looking for a hotel in an area that was completely booked. My husband had to go to work in the area at 6am and was late looking for a hotel. By 7am my baby and I went into a hotel and had to sleep ( my baby not me ) in the hotel lobby. We had no where to go. I hope these awful people will get in big trouble once I make the complaint to the corporate Headquarters! I have never been treated this way in my life, I am still in shook 2 days later on how and why we where treated in that manner!!!!!
