Honda Bad transmission

I bought a new Honda Civic 2002 from Hillside Honda. My automatic transmission started coming out of gear, the light indicator showing my car in gear would go out, and my motor would rev up or down depending if my foot was on the gas or not. My problems started at 23k at which time Honda changed my Tranny. My tranny was changed at 43k when the problems started again. My tranny was changed at 55k when it started again. And now Im at 66k and its slipping out of gear. Not sure what to do!! This will be my fifth tranny. Yes I will be bringing the car back and anticipate them replacing it but is that really fixing the problem or buying me another 10k miles. I also find it dangerous when it slips out of gear When Im going through an intersection and I need to get out of the way of other cars.
