Home Depot--again

Second season with 11 arborvitaes bought by the Home Depot, that are dying once again. Anyone else experience this problem? We returned 10 this past spring, and now in August, all 11 are dead. We have cared for them as told by a qualified nursery, watered, fed, sunlight accounted for. Now we have to go deal with the 'attitude' from customer service just to get our $300-400 bucks back FOR GOOD.
