my complaint is we the very poor get over looked. I had light stroke-and a caderack, learning problems.i can't find job no one wants old 1/2 blind worker,i do get job -work my ass off and then get told your laid off but no reason -never miss work and i help all others but i get laid off and a 75 yr old keeps the job she has s.s.i- a house and money i got nothing-no s.s.i no insurance.i go get help but all i hear is are you 65-no i am only 55--do you have kids -no i have no kids -do u have a disability -i say yes the vision problem they dont class it as a disability cos it can be fixed.ya if i had insurance or a job that paid enough to pay rent and have enought to pay for it. i have no monie and am trying to keep a place to live i ask for help they want me to drive 50 miles to talk to case worker were do i get that money? when i had unemployment the check was 93.00 a week spend anything i cant do rent rent is 400. with all utilities included so 400 is not bad.93.00- 4 time is 372.all most 30 short just for rent, but yet some how i am to pull the money from my money tree to pay for gas at 3.07 a gallon. it is as if i am invisable since i dont fit there poor scale if i dont get something soon i will be on street do you think they will see me here i live my hole here in usa and they dont have time for me if i was from other country we give all us we get nothing
