Home Depot sucks

Only an idiot would order from Home Depot. I ordered a fence that was to be installed no later than July 6th, 2006. To date they have not installed, don't know where the material is and have no clue as to when it will be installed. I've played phone ping-pong with everyone at Home Depot and they are powerless to help. 'I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you' is the staple answer. Then they transfer me to another number only to have me repeat the entire story again. The joke is that the background 'on hold music' keeps saying -'if you want to upgrade without moving a finger...' I wonder if that includes the infite amount of calls you need to make to actually get your goods.
