talk talk took over tele 2 who we were getting our phone calls through,so we went with talk talk(carphone warehouse)late we decided to get our line as they offered free broadband? £20.99 per month supposedly.Last month £85 plus was taken be direct debit from our bank account,they are impervious to complaints so we cancelled our direct debit and are going back with BT asap, letter in post to carphone warehouse explaiming all the hassle we have had they have many hidden extras.
