holiday transfers

I booked a holiday to Kalithea, Rhodes without transfers. Found a company called a2b transfers on line and booked a two way transfer. The pick up from the airport was ok but they failed to collect from the hotel back to the airport. I had to pay for a taxi to get me to my flight on time. Complained when I returned home and asked for reimbursement of my costs, they came up with all sorts of reasons for not refunding my money. They caused me a great deal of anxiety (nearly missing flight) and having to pay twice over. They were not interested in anything I had to say and refused to pay my taxi costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
