I ordered a DVD from hidefdvd.com. The description of the movie was EXACTLY what I was looking for - right down to the list of actors in it. I received a different movie, but with the same name. Obviously somebody set up the catalog number for this movie wrong on their website. The movie I want is not available and hidefdvd.com thinks I should pay the shipping charges to return the movie. I think they are insane. I wouldn't have ordered the movie if they had had the correct description on their website. I've asked for a prepaid shipping label to be mailed to me at least three times and each time my request has been ignored. They DID provide me with an address for me to ship it back to, however, I have no plans to do that until I get the prepaid shipping label. It's the principle of the thing. I buy online all the time and have NEVER had this problem before!
