i purchased 2 craftmans tin snips about 15 years ago-well they no longer cut-when i bought them i paid more for the fact that they were a forever tool- NOT until they stop making them and replaced them with another brand-i believe they should replace them with the 'other brand' and let me retain the original-then when the other brand fails i would take the original back and get whatever brand they want to carry-i am in the process of taking all my tools back and replacing them before they decide to stop making them and for 50 dollars i can file suit against them and make them come to my turf-am i wrong?
