
Grizzly poor service

Company advertises that they respond to all emails within 1 hour, i have sent 8 emails in past 2 weeks without a single reply. When i finally call (which is a nightmere initself) i get we received no email from you maaybe it got caught in our spam filter. So I ask to speak to a supervisor, Sorry sir they are all busy i will have them call you. Well 2 days later i still have not received a call. so i call again, supervisor is still busy cannot speak to me the customer!!! So i ask to speak to the manager, sorry sir our manager is no longer with the company. The Rep then offered to have the supervisor e-mail me. Well the next day i get an e-mail from a supervisor apoligizing and offering to help. i respond with my problem and guess what, noresponse again. What a sorry excuse for a company!!! beware
