This holiday was booked under miss eve johnstone ....address...teasel cottage 10 white elm road woolpit bury st edmonds IP30 95Q......OUR BOOKING REF'' IS JW84398 joint holiday with miss eve jonstone, (this is a sepperate complaint) three corners rihana-egypt ......arrived I think gifton Island. The nile cruise was so fast that we could not unpack our casses for 2 nights, mon 12th of june or 19th...red sea trip, cosmos rep....name jousiss egyptain man.. this man did not teach us how to use snorkel gear as he said he would, then when we got there he jumped into the rough sea and said follow me, (he did NOT show us how to use snorkel gear (this was an indurance test) we had to follow him round boats also under & over boat ropes....it was so rough that I had to go back fo a life jacket witch was broken (only one strap was attatched..broken) I cought my foot between ropes & dammaged my foot...I was in great pain, when we got back to the named boat FLASH the bar witch we hold onto to get up was missing..& my girlfriend eve johnstone's hip came out 2 times as she tried to get on the boat, we were both in agony with pain...this rep lied a few times to the customers on the coach & could not even talk proper English....On the boat he was so rude, I was in such pain...that we went to book a plane back to luxor....they said there was no plane... (I was told that there was a plane days ag...I was willing to pay ANTHING to get back home, I need some compensation from your company....as this was my first ever holiday , This was a horror holiday...my 2nd wk was a nightmare... I do have pictures of the rail bar there ...and when I got back on the boat (IT WAS GONE...RIPT OFF by the crew....I do have pictures of it there & also missing, I need something done about this A.S.A.P.
