greatwatchsale.com is a rip off

Sharon Morson (sharonmorson@gmail.com) has been stringing me on for about 6 months. I first ordered from her through ioffer, but she is no longer there, and then she started responding through greatwatchsale.com and gorgeouswatches.com. I ordered 6 watches. She sent me four wrong models, one defective watch, and one never arrived. She said to send the wrong and defective ones back, so I did at my expense, and she would replace them. She has not replaced them and has refused a refund request of $300. I am now warning people that they are not honest so they can protect themselves. Is there anything else that I can do? They say they provide phone support; there is no phone number. They say they offer a warranty that promises a refund or exchange if not satisfied; this is a lie.
