I purchased a gateway product and the things is a pain in the butt. I have had this computer (laptop) less than a year and aready had to return it for service. The box cost me $45.00 (one that I had to purchase from gateway) to return the product and get it repair, thank goodness that I had the sense to purchase the extended service warrenty. Now the stupid thing is acting up again and I had to re-set it according to the tech support people. Or I could purchase another box (45.00) and they will look into the problem for me. This is not what I expected when I purchased an expensive item especially one with such a world-wide known name,
