We have bought dining room and bedroom furniture from Furnitureland south on 8/11/2006. 3months later we have half the dining room furniture and incomplete bedroom furniture. We can not set the bed up so the bedroom is unusable. After repeated phone calls, furnitureland south's response on bedroom furniture is that they have not received response from manufacturer. When you buy furniture from them, they take 1/3 money in advance. They collect most of the rest even when they partially deliver furniture. There is a huge re-stocking fee so you can not return the furniture. In short once you purchased the furniture from them, you have commited your self to long time torture. I hope many people will read this and refrain from buying from furnitureland south. This is more important if you don't live close to north carolina. You will be better off buying local and help your own community business.
