I cant beleive this. Last night I saw on CNN, that this woman from Tampa, who after she had just been raped, was , and I kid you not, arrested on an outstanding warrant!. And to add to my anger about this wole thing, the Lueitanent actually authorized her arrest!. What the hell was he thinking? This idiot should immeadiatley be fired and the whole department should be hel accountable.
