'VONAGE' DELIBERATELY and WILLFULLY FRAUDULENT I cancelled an order in writing (I started having service problems before I even got started with them), instead of complying, 2 weeks later they sent me an E-Mail 'confirming my order'!!?? In spite of my replying in writing to not ship or process, they did so any way. Their UNOPENED Box is still waiting for them to pick up. VONAGE then activated an account in my name, FRAUDULENTLY, and began billing my credit card account, FRAUDULENTLY, for at least 6 months straight. even after I sent numerous E-Mails that they were not authorized!!!! I have complained to the Attorney General, FTC, and the BBB.
