Ford 500 is supposedly Fords upscale car. The NHSTA administration website is littered with customer complaints about this vehicle....and worse FOrd's non-response to the customers...even when they are dead wrong. I am just one of many new Ford customer terrorists....created by Ford's lack of integrity......no wonder they are about to close their doors...
