No one said that criminals are adhering to a higher moral code. But child molesters are routinely green lighted and therefore at high risk. Their attacker doesn't have to be someone who was molested. The attacker may not know the abuser's crimes. The attacker may not care at all one way or the other. They do care if someone is marked for a green light though.The abuser may survive his full sentence, or he may suddenly be dispatched by someone he thought he could trust. Such is the stress an abuser must deal with daily. Prison staff try to be careful not to reveal a child abusers crime for this reason. It's not a joke.

Chill out I'm just trolling you. In any case, you will be disappointed to know that the stereotype of child molesters all getting raped/killed in prison, while disproportionately high, is not as widespread as most people believe. Some of them fly under the radar, others request protective custody/solitary confinement, while others simply don't get bothered with because prisoners have better things to do than add a life sentence to their stay. FUN FACT: The correlation between male child sex abuse victims and their future violence/drug abuse is extremely high. After all, they are mad about what happened and in this society violence/rage are how men are 'supposed' to express their pain. In any case, those child molesters who do get killed in prison aren't done in because of the other prisoners' (rapists, murderers, etc.) higher moral code...it's revenge against the abusers who 'made them that way'
