Fern Office Supplies treat their vendors like crap! The one guy that works there, Joel Brody needs to up his dosage on his meds because this guy is craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy!!!! He loves to downgrade because that's how he makes himself feel better. Fern was my 'customer' for two years and for those two years I cringed whenever I talked to him on the phone. We bent over backwards and it was still unacceptable. My company had to cut Fern Office Supplies loose. My company can have a $1.00 in the bank and no customers and I wouldn't even consider their business. They are the worse customers. They say the customer is always right but not the right to degrade you - now that is unprofessional & unacceptable. Eli & Pearl Landau should screen their employees little better. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FERN OFFICE SUPPLIES!
