ANGELIQUE at flight center kolonade, made a mess of my booking from SA to UK. she never took responsibility for her mistake and passed the problem on to Debbie who had no authority in the office. ANGELIQUE has been rude and not helpful in any way. When I phoned her while stuck on DF MALAN airport in Cape Town, the phone went dead as I spoke to her and she was unreachable after that. The whole ordeal cost me a lot of money, and I left for my holiday in the UK 2 days late. I must warn you not to deal with this woman, you will lose money and she thinks of herself as a very important person who can't make a mistake and could not care less if she harms any one in any way
