False promises & Claims

About a week ago I purchased a Dell Computer a Dimension E520 and was quoted a price for the desktop, moniter, printer, software including Quicken, children game software, USB Cable among a media card reader, speakers and subwoofer, extended service warranty. When I received my order everything quoted in the price was left out. I have filed ten complaints with Dell and they continue to make false claims and promises and excuses about what might have happened but resolve nothing. They refuse to send me the promised items that were paid for and continually give me a royal run around. In regards to the computer performance, it continually states runtime errors at different line numbers, continually locks up and displays all types of messages and asking me for reports. The system is very slow considering what I upgraded too. The picture quality on the moniter is very poor and distorted. You can not read the msn signon information at all. The speakers make static noise and sound blown and the on and off button does not work properly. It turns but does not adjust volume. I was never sent the built in media card reader, I received an external one. Technical support has not once answered any of my ten emails requesting assistance nor has customer service since I requested a return authorization. I feel that I was ripped off and scammed by Dell. I feel that Dell may use bait and swich sales tactics to sell their lousy computer systems. It seems that once Dell is paid, you are not given what you were promised or paid for.
