false advertising

Advertising Canton ink cartridge in single pack(ALL) and nothing about selections items. It was not honored. I did not get a reply from them,when I e-mailed my conplaint. I'm 74 and had to depend on someone else to take me to Target,because I needed the ink at 15% off. I'm on a fixed income. This was at Target in Flint, Mi.
