Faceparty - Poor

Faceparty is a on-line community where people can join up and talk to other people, a bit like a networking/soft dating site. I joined this to network and indeed to use it to find people for my jobs, I am a Commercial Recruitment Manager, now I made the mistake of sending to many messages which they deemed as spamming and hands up I accepted that being banned for that was fair enough. They then told me that they would refund my money £24.95 for a function called cool tools however this is where the fun takes place, six days later I call them to find out where my refund is, no sign of it anywhere, apparently they have refunded it but they cannot tell me to what card, not even the last 4 digits of the card, I have physically checked all my accounts and it does not appear anywhere, I have waited long enough but still nothing, I ask them to put through to their legal department, they are always busy...... Now the only way I can get to the bottom of this is to speak to Net Banx (third party - like paypal) who I do not have an account with and give them my card details, yeah right so that they can go Christmas shopping at my expense.... Faceparty refuse to confirm where the refund went, they do not have my card details, not even the last four digits, they take your money and run, poor service, poor controls, poor company in my opinion, I would like to hear of anyone elses issues with this company if they have had them? What can I do?
