eye vessels ruptured, numbness, vision problems

9 months after cosemetic eye and brow surgery I still have asymetrical drooping of one eye, numbness and blisters of the scalp and forehead,vision problems and had vessels in my eyes rupture seven times. My eyes feel like they are sticking to the lids they are so dry.
