Against Maytag

We bought a Maytag self cleaning electric range. The front window door after only a few usages, has long stains that look like liquid that dripped down the door. The stains can neither be cleaned by hand nor do they disappear in the self cleaning process. Maytag says this is a cosmetic problem and refuses to do anything. I know there are others who have the same complaint, and I believe it is a design defect that may well warrant a recall of all these ranges.
