Extremely bad phone behavior

I am looking for work, and included in this is cold calling. I left a messge a week earlier, and decided to call once again about the fact I am a professional looking for work in the field this business specializes in. The woman, ostensibly the 'director' of this firm, answered this way: 'Hullo?!', very aggravated-sounding. Now, this is a business. Answering in such a way is unprofessional itself, I think. Next, I gave my name and started to speak. She interrupted, loudly saying, 'You called me already!,' once again, loudly, 'I'm not looking for anyone!' I commented that the polite thing to do is let someone know you aren't looking for anyone right now, ever, or whatever the case may be. (I had asked for a call back, but was prepared not to be called back. But, occasionally, even if people aren't hiring, they call back.) I was quite rattled and upset by this sudden yelling at me. I could barely say anything more to her because she slammed down the phone, another extremely unprofessional action. This one-woman firm is called 'Superlative Word Processing'. If she behaves like this to me, not even knowing me, over a relatively minor issue, I can't imagine how she treats clients, or her own employees, if she has any.
