Evans Glass not Service oriented

Evans Glass touts their Customer Service policy as we really care about you, etc. However, when I told them that my new windows that cost me 8 k leaked they said I shouldn't have power washed my house and they were not responsible. In fact the General Manager named Matt didn't offer to help. We liked the windows but I wouldn't do business with these jerks again.
