apartment roaches

Perry Hall apartments in Baltimore, Md has a serious roach problem. I have been living in an apartment there for 9 months and have had to struggle with the management company to have extermination done. I was told that since they didn't see them they figured they weren't there. Now it has come time for me to renew my lease and I was thinking about just sweating it out for one more year until I buy a house but I got a certified letter stating I could not renew my lease and that they didn't have to give me an explaination. I know that it is because I complained about the roaches and that they didn't feel like dealing with the issue. Now I have to move out in 90 days and do not agree with this decision !
