my son is a 3rd. grader at a local public elementary school. during recess my son had togo to the bathroom. he raised his hand and exscused himself for interrupting the gym teacher and explained that he had to go really bad. the gym teacher told my son to wait until he was finished speaking. my son again expained that he had to go and couldn't wait. as a result of the teacher dismissing his urgency to use the bathroom, my son urinated on himself. whereby, causing him and imbarresment as well as harrasment from other students.
